This policy explains how Cahaiya Lab (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through www.cahaiyalab.com. We are based in Malaysia and handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Through the contact form: your name, email address and the message you write.
- Through WhatsApp: your phone number, name and the messages you send, if you choose to message us there. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that service.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss working together. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who handles your information
Contact form messages are delivered to our email inbox through a form-delivery service (FormSubmit). Our website is hosted by Hostinger. These providers process data on our behalf to run the site. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Videos on this site
Videos on this site are provided by YouTube. When a video loads or plays, YouTube may collect data such as your IP address and device information, under Google’s privacy policy. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed mode where possible.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and follow up, then delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to us using it. Email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
